Gathering 30,823 trade buyers from 64 countries and regions under one roof, HOFEX 2023 boasted a big success as both a F&B product showcase and a world stage for culinary exchange. Hong Kong International Culinary Classic (HKICC) was a spectacular highlight of the show this year, welcoming 300 regional chefs and apprentices to demonstrate exceptional skills and finesse while sparking culinary innovation to elevate industry standards.
