Exhibitor's Promotion
This is complimentary for exhibitors. To maximise coverage of your company product, take advantage of the following promotional channels which are designed to convey the message reaching more than 30,000 recipients:

1. Buyer¡¯s Invitation
Available both in printed and electronic format, it is the first wave of promotional strategy with content covering an overview of the show, and a specific section listing all participating companies.

2. Advance Buyers¡¯ Guide (ABG)
A complete guide specially dedicated to target buyers in viewing as many exhibits as the publication could accommodate. Printed copies will be mailed to participants 2 months before the show while the electronic version will be posted on website and featured in specific e-newsletter.

3. Show Website
With regular updates, the Website is the most effective channel to convey first-hand information to visitors and exhibitors.

4. E-newsletter
An electronic newsletter to be sent periodically in alerting visitors and potential buyers what¡¯s hot about the show. Frequency increases when it¡¯s closer to the show.

5. Editorial Coverage
In collaboration with over hundreds of trade journals, magazines and publications, this medium serves as a powerful platform to publicise your company and/or product(s) to a wide reach of audience within the industries.

6. Media Pitching
To be performed by the official PR Agency targeted to both general and trade press with exposure limited not only to local media.

To help executing the abovementioned promotional campaigns, you are
advised to submit your company and product information by login to the following program.
Step 1: Complete the Company Profile & upload Company Logo.

Step 2: Complete Product Information.

Step 3: Submission of information: All Information will only be submitted to the organiser upon pressing the "Submit" button on the page.
    Exhibitors are encouraged to submit 2 sets of product information.
    Product Information 1 Priority will be given to this product on all materials.
    Product Information 2 Will be used as an optional information for supplementary promotional materials.

    2. Please note that coverage in promotional materials is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the organisers.
