Launched in 2009, its original wine pairings for Sichuanese, Shanghainese, and Cantonese cuisines created unique wine experiences for the Asian market. Co-organising again with the Hong Kong Sommelier Association, HKIWC 2011 returns not only to enrich the wine and Chinese food pairing but also open a contest for organic/biodynamic wines for the first time in Hong Kong.
Winning entries will be presented to many wine connoisseurs and valued industry representatives at both the Press Dinner and the Grand Tasting session. In addition, all winning wines will be displayed in showcases during HOFEX.
