Where the True King of Kitchens should belong...
 Tremendously grown in the past decade, Hong Kong International Culinary Classic (HKICC) 2011 proudly returns to HOFEX 2011, being one of the only four culinary competitions endorsed by WACS - World Association of Chefs Societies. Co-organised by the Hong Kong Chefs Associations (HKCA), HKICC 2011 aims at promoting culinary excellence, skills and abilities of Chefs, Cooks, Pastry Chefs/Cooks and Apprentices from close and far.
In addition, a new category is introduced, named the Dream Team Challenge, bringing together a Chef, a Waiter and a Bartender from the F&B department to delight both guests and the panel of credential judges with their combined effort to create a complete F&B experience.
