Hong Kong International Culinary Classic (HKICC) is once again back for some more LIVE competitions. Jointly organised by the Hong Kong Chefs Associations (HKCA) and the Hong Kong Exhibition Services Ltd (HKES), HKICC this year will definitely raise the bar by accommodating over 450 chefs from around the region to take part in this international acclaimed competition.
The competition is made up of 6 main categories which include: Western Cuisine, Chinese Cuisine, Ice Carving, Live Bakery Competition, Pastry, and The Gourmet Team Challenge. Download the Competition Schedule here.

The winner will then represent China Hong Kong to compete for the crown of the International Competition in Greece. Interested parties are welcome to join the event!
