Those who had experienced the hype in HOFEX 2007 - Simply the BEST International Food and Hospitality Tradeshow - would definitely agree that it was a brilliant event worth going. Filled with excitement and enthusiasm, participants from diversified cultures hustled and bustled among the delightful and tasty food and drink booths, hovered around the exhibits in the hospitality equipments hall, interacting with one another, boiling the event with vibrant.

As always, HOFEX 2007 showcased a variety of food and hospitality exhibits to its participants who found it satisfactory. In a total of 4 days, the exhibition of 35,000 sqm attracted a total of 1,800 exhibiting companies and 29,193 visitors (30% of which were international visitors) to participate.

With onsite events such as the Hong Kong International Culinary Classic (HKICC) 2007 and Regional Hotel General Managers Forum, HOFEX 2007 is commonly described as not just a typical tradeshow, but an extremely resourceful and exciting platform, providing entertainment to participants and allowing them to exchange ideas on the latest news in the industry.
